The Italian Riviera town of Pietra Ligure offered our group beautiful apartments overlooking the most breathtaking view of the little village by the sea. Bray took our USA travelers to the Milan airport and toured a group of us through Biella, where Bray’s grandpa was born. Warren and Peter enjoyed the trolley to the top of the hill finding an incredible view below.
The rest of our group walked through downtown Pietra Ligure, and visited a thousand year old building, which had been converted into a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The five-foot high doors reminded us of the simplicity of old Italy. The peaceful and kindhearted people of the town really touched us all. Unfortunately we had to leave since we were to meet the rest of our group and head to Venice.
